Yoghurt Print E-mail

To make yoghurts takes 8 hours – “Don’t be put off” do as I do. Put the yoghurt machine onto a timer when you go to bed, as you would a lamp and the machine will switch on and after 8 hours it switches itself off.  You don’t have to sit up all night – while you sleep the yoghurt is being produced. What a lovely breakfast to come down to.

In my recipes I have added Manuka Honey or fruit – you may prefer to add something different.

Here is a recipe from my book

Natural Live Goat's Yoghurt
You can still have your daily, healthy yoghurt in a variety of flavours – honey being just one and all dairy free
