Sweet Plum and Chilli Sauce

This sauce works really well when cooking chilli con carne - you get the kick from the chilli and then sweetness from the plums.

Where possible we have used all our own homegrown vegetables and fruit in these preserves.

Preserves, Sauces and Jams are normally sold in 12oz jars but occasionally you may receive a 1lb jar for the price of a 12oz of course.
