Puddings
Wonderful Hot & Cold Comfort Food

Most people like to have a pudding – in fact some people would rather have a pudding than a starter.
I find that using wheat free flour does make crumbles lighter and they do not taste fatty.
I have found that since using dairy free spreads and goat’s butter, you do not get that fatty after taste, which I think makes the crumble even tastier.
You can make crumbles out of almost any fruit you like. It is amazing how different a apple crumble tastes with just a few cloves added. Or how much flavour a rice pudding has by adding vanilla flavoured sugar.
If it is less fattening puddings you want then try the simple but delicious Raspberries on a Slant. If you prefer you can use Strawberries, blackcurrants or any other soft fruit.
